Where the Hebrew has Yabal, the Septuagint has Yobel.
The English "those who live with tents and livestock" is yosheb ohel umiqneh, which is, to my English-speaking ears, an odd way of putting it: literally "tent and livestock dweller[s]". Kittel suggests that one should read yosheb aholei miqneh, which, to me, seems a more likely way of putting things. Literally "dweller[s] of livestock tents," it uses a Hebrew phrase which appears also in 2 Chronicles 14:14/15.
