tanach.us is a website which is dedicated to reproducing the Leningrad Codex in online form. Its biblical text is freely copyable, and continues to be proofread. My general impression is that it is very high-quality.
If you're interested in a high-quality transcription of the Aleppo Codex, one exists on Wikisource.
