śyḥ is glossed by BDB as "bush, shrub, plant".

Job 30:4 -- They pluck malluaḥ by śiaḥ, and roots of the broom-tree are their food.
Job 30:7 -- Amidst śiḥim they bray, under nettles they huddle.
Genesis 21:15 -- And the water in the bottle was spent, and she threw the child under one of the śiḥim.
Genesis 2:5 -- And no śiaḥ of the field was yet in the earth, and no herb [?] of the field had yet sprung up; for Yahweh God had not made rain upon the earth, and there was no human to work the ground.
