(BA) Shva

A shva is a Hebrew marking, one of the nequdot, that denotes a very short vowel sound or no vowel sound at all. One may find one under the very first letter of the Hebrew Bible, the bet of bᵉrešit. It is sometimes transliterated as a schwa ( ə ) or a superscript e ( ᵉ ). I prefer the superscript option. It's best to input it using Unicode symbol 1d49 rather than simply applying some kind of formatting to the letter e. This will help preserve it if your test gets copied from one kind of document to another..
