(BA) Sefaria

Sefaria is an excellent website that contains beautifully renders online editions of a large number of Jewish texts. You can find it here. I'm not aware of anyone else doing quite what they're doing.

It is possible to read the Hebrew Bible on their website in a parallel form, with a Hebrew text next to the NJPS text.

They (in general) have a liberal copyright policy, but you'll want to read the specifics before copying anything. See here.

Their default Hebrew is the excellect Miqra according to the Masorah, though previously it was the Westminster Leningrad Codex text from tanach.us.
