Resh is a letter of the Hebrew alphabet. It is commonly transliterated as r. In Modern Israeli Hebrew, it is pronounced more like a French or German r than the American English r. In Sephardi Hebrew, it is pronounced like a Spanish r.

In the Hebrew alphabet, it comes after qof and before shin.
