Mechon Mamre is the name of a institution of Orthodox Jewish scholars, who are of interest for our purposes primarily because of their website. In particular, they offer a Hebrew-English Bible online which pairs the Masoretic Text with the 1917 Jewish Publication Society translation of the Hebrew Bible. The site has more of a religious than a secular-academic orientation, but I have heard that its Masoretic Text is very accurate and compiled in much the same way as Mordechai Breuer's.

Their Hebrew-English Bible contains an English text that they credit to Larry Nelson, although they have corrected typos when brought to their attention. I know because I've sent them a few. Their Hebrew text claims to be based on the Aleppo Codex and manuscripts close to it, though I haven't seen any more extensive documentation on where they get their text (see here).

Note that they do attribute copyright for the 1917 JPS electronic edition to Larry Nelson, and they claim to hold a copyright on their Hebrew Text. My understanding is that those claims are probably invalid in the United States, but I am not an expert in US copyright law, and I am certainly no expert in Israeli copyright law, so I advise anyone to do their own due diligence. I myself do not copy from their JPS 1917 or their Masoretic Text. For that I use either a facsimile of the JPS 1917 directly, or, usually, a facsimile of the 1909 edition of BHK.
